These heat-sinks or IC-coolers are glued on every RAMbus memory module on the switchboards
and doughter boards. And there is one RAM chip for every port and shwithing channel. |

As you can see, accepting bad handling of these boards, the cooler will be
left or damaged and then the chip will become very hot die shortly. |

Currently we are looking for a source for these coolers as well as for the glue.
